A source is old or unavailable
Open Account and inspect the affected team and update status. Request an update explicitly. A failed refresh retains the older evidence and its original age. If ESPN access expired, sign into ESPN normally and use the connector's explicit consent and Sync flow. Re-verify/select only the affected teams as needed. Do not repeatedly Sync to fix a missing report.
An update is busy
Read your saved connection or context first. A busy mutation has not started when that is explicitly stated. Wait and retry manually; the interface never automatically replays a save, Sync, selection or disconnect. If a network interruption leaves an action unconfirmed, check saved status before deciding whether to retry.
Your sign-in expired
Account authorization lasts at most ten minutes and also ends when the service restarts. Normal sign-in restores access to the same enrolled profile; it does not delete your teams or saved preferences. Only non-sensitive goal/risk drafts may be retained in that browser tab. Review the scope and draft before saving; nothing is automatically replayed.
Preferences and decisions
Choose Global defaults or one team. The interface shows inherited values and saved overrides. Reset removes an override. Save/Dismiss/Defer records your application choice about an existing decision; it does not submit a fantasy transaction. A stale revision requires reloading and reviewing the current state.
No history or incomplete advice
A new account starts empty. Use the first saved review, add attributed context in Account and save an explicit choice when appropriate. Missing forecasts, unclear periods or locks, pending claims and unverified costs remain specific limits. A permitted lineup containing bye players can still have a playing-coverage gap.
Disconnect, logout, uninstall or delete?
- Logout: ends the temporary Use Fantasy account session.
- Disconnect ESPN: removes Use Fantasy's stored session copy and stops that connection's collection. Your ESPN website session is unchanged.
- Uninstall the extension: removes browser software. It does not itself delete server-side access or saved history.
- Disconnect ChatGPT: removes that conversational connection. Use Account/connector to manage provider access separately.
- Delete account: contact support for verified deletion. Existing source evidence, decisions, cancellations and applicable denial records are handled under the privacy notice.
For a problem report, include the action, provider/sport, approximate time and safe diagnostic code. Never include login URLs, tokens, cookies, passwords or a private roster dump.
